Beijing is renowned for its opulent palaces, temples, parks and gardens, tombs, walls and gates, and its art treasures and universities have made it a center of culture and art in China. The city is also known for it’s cuisine, especially the very popular Peking Roast Duck. Additionally, it is famous for it’s opera, and Beijing opera is considered one of the highest Chinese cultural achievements. Besides an active night life scene, there are hundreds of tourist attractions within Beijing and surrounding it, including the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, The Temple of Heaven, The Summer Palace, The Ming Tombs, and The Great Wall of China.

Xi’an

Xi’an has many ancient ruins and historical monuments and sites. Because of this, it is one of the most popular locations for tourists in all of China. The walls around the city are a tourist attraction in of themselves, as they were constructed during the Ming Dynasty in the 14th century and have been well-preserved. There are several popular tombs and mausoleums near Xi’an, with the most well-known being the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang and his Terracotta Army. There are numerous other attractions in Xi’an, such as Big Wild Goose Pagoda, The Stele Forest, Wolong Temple, Jianfu Temple, The Shaanxi History Museum, Huaqing Hot Springs, as well as many popular national parks and mountains.

Chengdu
Giant Pandas Fairyland
Chengdu Chengdu is the provincial capital of Sichuan province in Southwest China, as well as a major city in Western China. The fertile Chengdu Plain, on which Chengdu is located, is also known as the “Country of Heaven”, a phrase also often translated as “The Land of Abundance”. The discovery of the Jinsha site suggests the area of Chengdu had become the center of the bronze age Sanxingdui culture around the time of the establishment of the state of Shu, prior to its annexation by Qin in 316 BC.

Jiuzhaigou

Regarded as the Fairy Land and the Wonderful Land, Jiuzhai Valley situates in the upriver of Baishui River in the middle and south part of Jiuzhai Gou County, and the north root of Ga’erna Peak in Min Mount. Jiuzhai Valley is called “Zhong Yang Dong” in old days, and also named “Cui Hai” for its green color. It is a branch ditch of the headstream Jialing River in Yangtze River water system, with the altitude height of 2,000-4,300 m, covers the core area of 720 km2. And preserve area of 600 km2 around. To east, it is close to Pingwu County in Mianyang City, and to southwest, it is continuous with Songpan County with the whole length of 59 km and 19 km in width. To south, it is more than 400 km away from the capital city of Chengdu, and with the landform of high mountains and deep valley and carbonate barrier lakes, it is more than 80 km in length. Because the suitable weather in four seasons andbeautiful sights, Jiuzhai Valley has became the preferential project in the tourism development of Sichuan Province, one of the five tourist elaborate works in Sichuan Province, the representatives of Pan-Jiuzhai tourist zone and also the best choice for traveling in natural scenic spots in the world.

  • Day 1- Hometown Fly to Beijing
    Depart from the United States on to Beijing.
    Day 2- Arrival Beijing (D)
    Arrive in Beijing. Meet your guide upon arrival and transfer to hotel.
    Day 3- Beijing (B L D)
    Full day tour at Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven, we will end the day with a lively Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theater.
    Day 4- Beijing (B L D)
    Full Day excursion to Great Wall at Simatai Section with cable car. Drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) on the way back. The driver will make a short stop for photo shoot.
    Day 5- Beijing Fly to Xi’an (B L D)
    Visit the Summer Palace, the pearl store, and the Bell tower or Drum tower. Experience a rickshaw riding through Hutongs. Fly to Xi’an.
    Day 6- Xi’an (B L D)
    Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, a pottery-making factory, and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music, Dance Show, and Dumpling Dinner.
    Day 7- Xi’an Fly to Chengdu (B L D)
    Fly to Chengdu. Take a coach to Dujiangyan Preserve, and visit the Giant Pandas. Afterwards enjoy a walking tour of old China Alley, and enjoy Sichuan Opera at night.
    Day 8- Chengdu Fly to Jiuzhaigou (B L D)
    Fly to Jiuzhaigou. Travel by Coach to the Huanglong (Yellow Dragon) Scenic Spot. Visit Tibetan family where dance Guozhang and roast whole lamb.
    Day 9- Jiuzhaigou (B L D)
    Full day sightseeing in the Jiuzhaigou National Park. Walking and sightseeing the whole day in three valleys of Jiuzhaigou (Nine-villages Valley).
    Day 10- Jiuzhaigou Fly to Chengdu-Leshan (B L D)
    Fly back to Chengdu. Take a coach to Leshan Mountain and take boat to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha.
    Day 11- Chengdu Fly to Beijing Fly to USA (B)
    Transfer to the airport after breakfast, take the connection flight in Beijing to flight back home.
